1) SHIPPING

All SA orders over R3000 qualify for free delivery.

Processing Times

This is the time it takes to prepare the order before Shipping, it is different to the shipping time it takes for an order to be delivered. For items that are ready to ship we ship within 1 to 3 working days.

Processing Time for *made to order items* . If the item says made to order in the description, the time to process will vary depending on the item, this can be between 3 to 10 working days. This will also be stated in the item description. Tracking number is provided for all items and courier is done using The Courier Guy.

2) Exchange & Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange, unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged. Please send us an email at info@cyboniso.co.za or WhatsApp on +27627126608 with full name and order number & reasons for returns before returning the item.

Any item returned to us should be unworn & have original tags on, Unwashed, unaltered & free of fragrance or stains. Exchange for a similar item will be processed within a week.

We reserve the right to withhold refund or exchanges if the returned items are worn or damaged. 

We do not provide pre-paid return label, the customer will cover the cost of returning an item, we will also not be responsible for items that are lost in transit so it advisable to send it with a tracked service, we can assist in covering the cost of posting the exchange back to you.

3) Sale items/ Clearance Items

Items bought on sale or clearance can only be returned for an exchange as all sales are final.

4) Custom Orders 

All items ordered as a custom order cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we can amend items to suit you if required.

5) Made to order 

Some of our items are made to order and some are ready to ship, this will be indicated in the item description. For items that are made to order, we can only accept exchange for a similar item.
